Refund policy

Upgradethebrand gives you 5 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original state. Items with deodorant stains, odors, washed, ripped, stretched out of its original form, or tampered with in anyway will not be eligible for a return.

Please note that swimwear, bodysuits, lingerie, earrings, SALE items, dresses with undergarments attached, iridescent items, are all final sale.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving, and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
