The Standard shipping is 3-5 days delivery (business days) from the date it shipped out not from the date that the order is placed. Holidays and busy sale days, please allow 7-10 business days. If you select express shipping, your order will ship out the same day if the order is placed by 1:00pm PST Express orders placed after 1:00pm PST will ship out the following business day. Express orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship out the next business day. 

Please note that upgradethebrand is NOT, under any circumstance, responsible for packages damaged in transit, incorrectly supplied addresses, weather delays, unclaimed/refused packages, or lost/stolen packages marked "Delivered" by USPS. If your package falls under any of these categories, please contact USPS directly to file a claim at 800-275-8777. Packages that are returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any shipping cost associated with resending the package.
